Many practices in our community choose to support their physicians by covering membership dues directly. This ensures their doctors remain connected, supported, and engaged through the New Hanover-Pender County Medical Society.
How to Enroll a Group Practice
Enrollment: If your practice would like to cover membership dues for its physicians, please contact our Executive Director, Amber Neisler at medicalsociety@nhpcms.org. Checks should be made payable to New Hanover-Pender County Medical Society and mailed directly to our office (address will be provided after contacting the Executive Director).
Roster: Practices should provide an up-to-date list of the physicians they are covering so that our records remain current.
New Physicians
When a new physician joins your practice, please have them complete the NHPCMS membership application. This ensures we have their current information and can provide full access to member benefits, events, and communications.
All applications must be reviewed and approved by our Board of Censors before membership is activated.
